Ajna began in 2025—a young firm with a clear purpose: bring clarity and care to how workplaces function. While the company is new, the collective behind it is not: seasoned professionals with 50+ man-years of HR leadership and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) expertise, coming together to build something better, faster.
Starting as a small training consultancy in Vadodara, we quickly recognized the immense potential for growth in Gujarats rapidly expanding business landscape.
From day one, we have operated as a collective, not a solo practice—pooling depth across HR strategy (scalable policies, processes, and people systems), POSH policy and investigations, training, and implementation.
